Region 8 Holds Western CAP Meeting

On December 16, 2022, Region 8 held the Southwestern States Cap Conference. This conference was extended to delegates from Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico and Texas. A good crowd met to make plans for next year.
